Robyn has taken minutes for a wide variety of industry meetings including indigenous peoples (Māori), fishing, tourism, finance, risk, theology, health, recreation, and education. Robyn was note taker for three workshops at APEC New Zealand 2021.

Often referred to as the Minute Taking Queen, Robyn has over twenty years’ experience as a minute taker trainer in both New Zealand and Australia. She has developed systems and processes around the best way to write minutes and is passionate about sharing these with others who strive to be excellent minute takers.
Robyn ran The Art of Minute Taking course at Wellington Uni Professional (Victoria University) where it was consistently rated as one of the top courses. Public courses were also held for The University of Auckland, Ara and Business South. Minute taking presentations have also been given at public conferences and for industry
